Olivier Sorel konkrét eseteket mutat be, annak bemutatására, hogyan segíthetnek a tanárok/nevelők a diákoknak a Pozitív Fegyelmezés  órákon elsajátított szocio-emocionális készségek automatizálásában. A tanárok olyan mintákat és stratégiákat tudnak kidolgozni, amelyek automatizálják a diákok által a  LifeComp órákon elsajátított készségeket – kapcsolatot teremtve az órák és a mindennapi élet között.

Ez az előadás a Pozitív Fegyelmezés projektben tanított LifeComp órákkal foglalkozik, és azzal, hogyan lehet azokat összekapcsolni a mindennapi helyzetekkel az iskolában és azon kívül. 

Mindez alkalmazható más - szociális-érzelmi kompetenciát fejlesztő - órákkal kapcsolatban is.

Arra is kitér, hogy a Pozitív Fegyelmezés hogyan alakítja át a valósághoz való hozzáállásunkat, és hogy az osztályterem különösen alkalmas erre a tanulásra és metatanulásra.

Ez a műhelymunka a motivációt elősegítő gyakorlati eszközöket vizsgálja, hangsúlyozva a tekintély, a struktúra és az érzelmi biztonság közötti alapvető egyensúlyt. Interaktív tevékenységek révén a résztvevők betekintést nyernek a pozitív és motiváló tanulási környezet kialakítását elősegítő hatékony stratégiákba.

You will discover simple yet powerful strategies to foster student self-confidence through practical tools. Confidence is closely connected to how students view their own capabilities, their sense of agency in learning situations, and particularly how they relate to mistakes—seeing them as valuable learning opportunities.

1. On a Video they would present how teachers create cards about emotions, one child has to imitate and others has to recognise it. 
   Create cards, children has to recognize diff emotions create a video of this action. 
2. Presentation wheel of choice - exercise for empathy and recognize emotion. 
3. Resolving conflict through group work small groups of children : they can’t share a toy others brainstorm 

Take a look into the process of making one of the products from the project (Extra- curricular lessons that incorporate PD techniques and methods, with an emphasis on developing PSSL competencies).Interactive activity titled ’Wrinkled Wanda’ as a universal workshop that can be used with students of all ages.

Class meeting is a Conflict Management tool in the classroom: Engage students in problem solving and foster mutual respect, and accountability, by resolving conflicts collaboratively. 

The class meeting will be demonstrated with class 5.a, who have been introduced to this tool this school year - in the context of LifeComp lessons. 

Afterwards we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We will share with you both our successes and our struggles. The activity will be held in Hungarian, English translation will be provided.
